I forgot at which point of time, Gizelle and Nathan aback absent their Zzzz monster. It's like...it aloof disappeared? They use to beddy-bye the 'golden rules' hours - 12-14hours per day, with 2 naps in the day, and sleeping from 9.30pm up to about 8am in the morning. I started accomplishing analysis (tons of it!) about bedtime, beddy-bye quality, etc through reading, altercation with friends, and alike my mum and MIL. I came up with several strategies,...and surprisingly, it worked! Here's what we did (gotta accord acclaim to DH actuality too!)
